AI marketing is full of dashboards, but most still can’t answer the real question:

Which stories are actually sticking to your brand?

That’s why KwantumLabs built Brand Density: a single score that summarizes your brand’s mental map in real conversations. Higher Brand Density = a denser idea-network: more ways people use and think about you.

With our partner All Ears, we analyzed 94,633 AI-relevant podcast episodes, YouTube videos, and TikToks and 579,744 labeled 2–3 sentence snippets (Jun–Dec 2025).

December snapshot Brand Density: OpenAI 811 vs Google AI 762, a neck-and-neck race.

Brand Density isn’t share of voice

SOV tells you how often you’re mentioned. Brand Density tells you how much meaning is attached, and how tightly that meaning connects. The higher the score, the thicker the narrative around a brand, predictive of market share.

What the narratives look like right now

OpenAI’s narrative = “default work engine” + “creative shockwave.” ChatGPT 5 is framed around benchmarks, coding, agents, workflow: the everyday productivity toolkit. Sora is the cultural lightning bolt: video creation + social sharing + tools, with a clear “wow… but also scary” undertone that drives outsized risk talk alongside praise.

Google AI’s narrative = “wow + trustworthy technical copilot.” Gemini 3 is repeatedly described as accurate, benchmark-serious, and “real-workflow ready”, plus very Google-coded proof points like infrastructure and chips.

The point of Brand Density

Brand Density is the scoreboard, but the real value is the deconstruction underneath it: words + use cases + emotions. It shows what your brand is made of in the market, and what’s thickening month over month.
