BUILD IT YOURSELF

From plain English to fielded survey

No survey software to learn. You talk, it builds. You stay in control of every decision that matters.

  1. 01

    Describe it

Tell the AI what you need to learn, in plain English or by dropping in a questionnaire you already have. It programs the survey in front of you: questions, logic, quotas.

  2. 02

    Test it live

Walk through your survey exactly as respondents will. Want a change? Ask from inside the survey. The AI patches it and you resume where you left off.

  3. 03

    Launch and watch

Field to real people through integrated panels. Watch responses arrive, quality-checked automatically. End with a live, shareable dashboard.

THREE WAYS IN
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Start from scratch

A blank page and a chat. Say what you want to learn; the AI drafts the study with you.

OR HAND IT TO US

Some decisions deserve the people who wrote the methods.

The same platform, driven end-to-end by the researchers behind Brand Density™ and Customer Surplus Value: study design, fielding, modeling, and a boardroom-ready read.

✕ 01

Attribute grids blur real differences behind halo and central-tendency bias.

✕ 02

Fifty slides of metrics, none of them connected to retention, share, or revenue.

✕ 03

Six to eight weeks of waiting for findings that describe last quarter’s market.

That’s what traditional tracking gets you. We built the instrument that connects meaning to money, and made it fast.

THE ENGINE

From what people say to what it’s worth

One pipeline, four moves. It runs under every survey you build and every study we run. Watch a single open-ended answer become a dollar figure.

“What comes to mind when you think of this brand?”

HOW A MANAGED STUDY RUNS

Kickoff to action plan in 10–15 business days

  1. 01

    You bring the decision

“Should we reposition? Raise prices? Kill this feature?” A 30-minute kickoff defines the decision and what evidence would settle it.

  2. 02

    We field signal-rich conversations

Voice-first, AI-moderated interviews and choice tasks with real people. n≈300–500 overall, 100–200 per key segment.

  3. 03

    We model meaning into money

AI maps the language; our published methods link associations to drivers and price each one in retention, share, and revenue.

  4. 04

You act on a 90-day plan

A scorecard, a message map, and a prioritized action plan, decision-ready in 10–15 business days.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

The things people actually ask

Including the uncomfortable ones. Pricing is public, methods are published, and the synthetic-data answer is “augment, never replace.”

What can I do for free?

Build and test without limits: describe your study to the AI, get a programmed survey, walk through it yourself, and share test links with your team. You pay when you field to real respondents at scale or add the insights layer. Every price is shown before you commit.

Do I need research experience?

No. You describe what you want to learn in plain English; the AI handles questionnaire design, logic, quotas, and fielding mechanics, then asks you the few decisions only you can make, with a recommendation attached to each.

I already have survey data. Can I still get the dashboard?

Yes. Upload your results with their data map and go straight to a live Insight Hub dashboard. No re-fielding required.

What does a managed study cost?

LaunchFit™ typically runs $15K–$25K per audience for consumer studies (B2B is higher). BrandSight™ is about $35K for a single consumer market and about $75K for a typical B2B read. Pricing is published because procurement shouldn’t be a mystery.

How fast are managed results?

Most managed projects are decision-ready in 10–15 business days from field completion, including dashboards, a message map, and the 90-day action plan.

Do you use synthetic respondents?

Real humans come first, always. We use synthetic responses only to augment samples where they demonstrably help, never to replace the voice of the customer. We published our position on this in Quirk’s (2024).
